I help people to work with their doctors to get answers and address them with a combination of healing methods, including both allopathic and holistic medicine. I am not a diet and weight loss coach. About Conquer Hashimoto's

The book "Conquer Hashimoto’s" provides a comprehensive guide to understanding, managing, and healing from hypothyroidism and autoimmune disease, using an integrative approach. It shares the author's deeply personal struggle with Hashimoto’s disease, recalling years of frustration and exhaustion trying to stay afloat while raising my children as a single working mother. I describe many experiences seeking help from medical professionals only to be disappointed. After over ten years of suffering symptoms and visiting at least a dozen doctors, I finally discovered my diagnosis when I saw a doctor write "Consistent with Hashimoto's" on a notepad.

Soon after this, an ultrasound revealed that I had two thyroid nodules that were suspicious for cancer. I was able to shrink both thyroid nodules using a regimen that I put together based on my research. When a needle biopsy was performed, the doctor was unable to retrieve any cells from my nodules. I still have my precious thyroid gland and it is still producing adequate amounts of thyroid hormone. My goal is help others to also reclaim their health and vitality and to potentially avoid thyroid surgery.
